Chris Sekula founded Sekula's Precision Painting in 2017, igniting a journey of remarkable growth. Under his leadership, the company steadily grew into a million-dollar enterprise as of last year, side-by-side with his growing real estate portfolio, a testament to his astute business acumen and dedication. Securing pivotal contracts with esteemed institutions like Rochester General Hospital, University of Rochester, and Seymour Public Library, Chris positioned the company as a trusted name in the industry, allowing Sekula's Precision Painting to expand service areas to include Buffalo while upholding core employee culture values.

PROJECT MANAGER

Brian has been in the painting industry for over thirty years. He has been a core leader for Sekula’s Precision Painting for over three years now, and is a staple on our crews. As Project Manager, Brian is responsible for estimating and crew leadership, always keeping projects on time and up to immaculate standards!

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Kaitlyn has been on the team since 2023, serving initially as Social Media Coordinator, and now Operations Manager. She is responsible for providing high quality customer service, schedule management and marketing. Outside of her role at Sekula’s Precision Painting, she serves the local music community leading charity events and volunteer initiatives for the Rochester Steel Collective.

LEAD FOREMAN

Jake has been with Sekula’s Precision Painting for about three years now, and takes pride in his leadership and high standards! Outside of being a foreman of a painting crew, Jake is an artist inside and out of the company - painting design walls for businesses and was chosen as the artist for the Cornhill Arts Festival poster in 2022.

Ray has been a painter for five years, serving Sekula’s Precision Painting as a foreman for about two years. Endearingly our “Ray of Sunshine”, Ray leads his crews and projects with a smile on his face, specializing in efficient exterior work and fantastic customer service.

Alex is the newest foreman to Sekula’s Precision Painting, joining the leadership team this past spring. Alex specializes in efficient exterior work and is keen on high quality customer service, proudly leading our facilities maintenance crew at Rochester General Hospital.
